Site/Investigator Registration
Welcome to the ACCP National PBRN List Serve and Registry Site
This registry is intended for pharmacists or practice sites involved in direct patient care in the provision of clinical pharmacy services such as; independent patient management, collaborative care with a physician(s), curbside consultation with a physician or patient and/or caregiver educator.
If you are not actively involved in direct patient care, this registry may not be right for you. However, we invite you to register with the list serve. The list serve will deliver information to you regarding the development of the ACCP National Practice Based Research Network via your e-mail address.
As a practicing clinical pharmacist, you may register as an individual or as an existing Pharmacy PBRN. This registration process will ask you series of questions regarding the scope and size of your practice and the patients that you serve. You may partially complete the registration now and come back later to complete your registration. Thank you for your interest in the ACCP National PBRN. We look forward to hearing from you.
ACCP Research Institute
Existing PBRN Network Registry
I am registering as the primary contact person for an existing PBRN. A PBRN is a group of practices consisting of academic and community-based practices (either or both) devoted principally to the care of patients. I understand that registration is not a guarantee of future selection as a study site.

I am a pharmacist who provides direct patient care. By completing this registration, I will be added to the ACCP PBRN list serve to receive communication and be registered as a potential site of the ACCP PBRN. I understand that registration is not a guarantee of future selection as a study site.
